I had filed complaint as I was unable to view any channels on my TV on 15th August, for which the technician visited my place on 16th August. I clearly asked him whether there will be any charges for fixing the issue and he denied for the same..Later on I realised that 65 Rs. were deducted from my account for fixing the connector. THIS IS ILLEGAL. You cannot deduct any amount from my account directly without informing me. However small the amount may be I am supposed to be informed that I am being charged for it.
Moreover the technician that visited my place was the one about whom I had complained earlier also as he lied to me regarding the costs earlier also. I was assured that they have taken strict action against him. But, again this time the same person visited and lied to.me again. I need my money refund as I will not pay for.anything about which I am not informed. THIS IS.CLEARLY LIKE STEALING MONEY.
