Sir,
I have been charged twice for a recharge of RS. 169/- for my mob no. 9988742713. I addressed my complaint at costomer care to Ms. Rina Bose, she says we can’t refund your access Rs.169/- .
I request you to kindly refund my access recharge Money which has been paid twice for the same plan. To charge twice for the same item is unlawful. Please do needful being a reputed organisation.
