Hi,

One of my relative used Ola on 8th Feb night to go to Delhi Nizamuddin railway station. I booked the cab through my registered number. They paid cash to driver Rs 680.

They have paid cash to the driver because driver asked them to pay cash.

After few days, I got a message that I have Ola postpaid bill of Rs 680 due which I have to pay.
I didn’t remember I took ride , so I raised compliant that I have not used the ride.

After few days, I checked my Ola app and found that my relative used the ride. I could remind then.

I write a complaint to Ola regarding this, to my surprise different people from Ola are just copy pasting previous message from Ola person to me. I was fed up with them.

I deleted Ola from my mobile, blocked from whatsapp also. Then some unknown number saying as Ola representative contacted me saying this has impacted my CIBIL and legal action would be taken against me, if I dont pay the said amount.

I searched from Ola complaint email or number, I forwarded email conversation to them.
I said I paid cash, they said we cannot do anything. we are sorry. We’ll check with driver blah blah.. I said okay please revert late fee. They said sorry we can’t do.

They are just extorting money . I am afraid , tomorrow they can ask me to pay 5K-10K-15K bill.

Ola being the worst customer support.
