Hi, I have subscribed to hotstar with the hope of utilising one their premium service (Live cricket). Post paying the amount, I had issues with watching live matches. I tried contacting customer care, their help could not resolve issues. I have asked them to refund money as they are unable to provide service which they promised. They are reluctant to refund money.
