Text of Complaint by Narayan Prasadp:

My set top box was frequently shutting down while changing channels. On my complaint the set top box was replaced and I was charged Rs 400. When the problem reappeared with the new set top box Tata Sky technician once again came and informed me that the problem is not with the set top box but with the adaptor. Once this was changed the set top box started working fine. Since the problem was not because of the set top box I asked Tata Sky to refund the charge made for the new set top box and return my old box. Tata Sky is refusing to refund the charge despite numerous follow up.
