i had purchased 4 sachets of streaks hair color dark brown of Rs.20 each x 4 pcs = Rs.80/- but in my tax invoice no.36 dated 11-06-2025 unfortunately i have been charged more than mrp price i.e @ Rs.23.25/- per peice x 4 sachets = Rs.93/- I had raised my complaints and concerned with the respective employee at relaince smart mall at mumbai central, your on duty complaint officer was saying that she cant do anything in that, our system price is showing Rs.23.25/- per peice we cant do anything, I and my mom said to her more than mrp in your systems she said yes. So my question to relaince smart team y all customers have been cheated till now. Y we had paid more than mrp for the product. Y the corrections in amounts more than mrp has not made till now. y i have been charged more than mrp. Even She said to my mom that u will get more than mrp price at other market. my mom said no im getting at same price at mrp of Rs.20 only. Kindly refunds back to original source at earliest otherwise will take some legal actions in consumer court. I had attached tax invoice for ur ref purpose.
