I have ordered a moon pod. The price initially showed 2usd but upon payment it showed 60usd has been deducted from my account. The final amount that was supposed to be deducted was never shown. It was only after the amount got deducted I came to know that i have been charged more than what was shown. There was no cash on delivery option available. I Contacted their customer care through chat to cancel the product and get me refund within 5 minutes of order but i was told that the product has been cancelled and will be updated in their system after 2 days. But later they packed the product and shipped. I received the shipping company details and tracking id as well but unable to track it till date. It has been more than a month but there is no sign of any product delivery.
Now this site is blocked permanently. This is a online fraud that is going on and I have fallen prey to it. I have been cheated by them. I should not have ordered from this fake site.
