I ordered food from Swiggy app on 13th February, 2021 having 4 items with a bill total of Rs. 724. The items in the order are mentioned below:
- Paneer Tikka
- Achari Chap
- Dal Makhani
- Kadai Paneer
Restaurant name is Apni Rasoi (Tri Nagar). When the order was delivered and then we checked that there was only 3 items in the package! The delivery executive has been long gone by that time and I was unable to contact him!
So, I reached out to swiggy customer support and explained the whole situation promptly. After keeping me on hold for minutes and chatting with multiple support executives. They eventually said that I will get a resolution in 4-5 hours.
I waited but then the email arrived stating that they cannot do anything and have took a note of this. I replied with my case and then even after multiple emails back and forth no resolution was delivered!
My basic concern is that I paid for an item, but didn’t got the item so eventually I should get the refund. But they denied me of my money which they just charged me without delivering the promised product! The item in question that was not delivered to me was Paneer Tikka worth Rs 230.
This is complete abuse of consumer experience and fraudulent in nature too!
