Placed at order at 10.33 they couldn’t assign a partner till 11.23. they kept making me wait on the chat. Then they said to cancel the order and that I wouldn’t be charged a cancellation fee. When I cancelled they charged the entire amount of my order as cancellation fee and also said my COD will be blocked. When I asked their customer service team, they kept making me waiting and sending me auto replies.
