Hi Team,
Airtel retention team have asked me send email to appellate.kk@in.airtel.com for the below mentioned issue. I had dropped then an email on 12th April but I have received any response from them.
I had travelled to Nepal on 28th March and I had called and requested customer care to bar the internet service for international roaming. Same was confirmed by the customer care executive.
I asked them to activate the basic roaming pack with zero rental and I’ll be charged for the usage only for calls and sms services if I use.
I noticed that I have been charged with one day pack for multiple times.
When I called customer care they told that Internet barring service could not work when I was on international roaming.
I would request your help to refund the amount which were charged wrongly.
