I am being charged for services I didn’t used. Every two weeks or so I get a message from VZ-ViCMS mentioning that i have been charged for using a certain service which I apparently haven’t used.

Why is this happening? I would like to get my money back. I don’t want to pay for any service I didn’t even use.
