I have been charged Rs 10 for downloading ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION that I never downloaded.
I also checked whether I am subscribed to any value added service or not and I don’t have any kind of value added service. It’s completely fraud. They are making tons of money deducting small small amount from users. I am going to port my sim if the problem does not get resolved,since this is not the first time.
