Hi,
We requested airtel for new connection yesterday for 200MBPS connection based on the plan available on Airtel site. 3500 for 3months. Today the installation was completed and then we realized that its only for 40MBPS.
No complaints are being taken. The airtel associates who were following up for the new connection are now not picking up calls.
