I have been using Vodafone network service since many years.
My data pack got expired on 31st dec 2018.
So i connected to my bsnl broadband service through WiFi from my mobile.
I saw that there was deduction from my main balance, even when i was not using data pack.
when i called and asked they are asking send SMS as STOP to 1925.
But previously i never did that.
I have used WiFi, when my data pack got expired. But i have never been in to this kind of situation.
Why these people are charging us without even notifying us. Ideally when datapack gets expired it should not deduct. who are they to convert WiFi into datapack and then charge on me?
I need some preventive action here. Instead of looting like this even without prior information
