Today I bought a cloth from firstcry store kammaihthopu, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, they charged me for the carry bag with brand logo on it, I asked the store manager that you’re not supposed to charge for this type of bags, he said that company is collecting for that not me. I asked him don’t you know it is illegal to charge, and he is saying all stores collect and we’re also collecting. Then I replied no stores collect for bag with brand logo, then I politely came out and took snaps of that and complained to the consumer care, no response from them.
