Today I went to First Cry factory outlet Digital Age Retail Private Limited FC 159 (B.T Road, Kolkata P.S & P.O Cossipore) to buy clothes for my children, there they asked me to take a carry bag, when I asked if the carry bag is free She said, no ma’am, this is chargeable, I said, it is your brand name, if you are adding it to the bag, then it should be free, she said, no it’s chargeable and then she charged me for the carry bag, I have uploaded the image of the bill , please see this matter seriously because there are others like me who do not know all this. Thank You
