I took a 6 month subsrciption from July to Dec 2022 and paid the money and advance for that.
Then we did not use the machine for 2 months.
When we wanted to do a recharge for 1 month in Feb 24th they told us the recharge will be starting from 24th feb and next 28 days. When we paid the amount for same the machine started for 5 mins and then stopped.
When we reached out to customer care they mentioned that the recharge is adjusted for the month of Jan during which we had zero usgae and even the machine was closed.
Instead of even charging a minimum amount for keeping the machine they did not even mention on call that it will be adjusted for previous months
