The initial fare displayed in the Ola app is 73 rupees, but they have charged me 105 rupees. This has happened on multiple rides, with the difference being refunded later through Ola coupons for future rides. They didn’t provide any bank refund options other than Ola vouchers. It seems they are using this tactic to ensure customers return for the next ride. This needs to change because I often carry limited money for my trips, and I had to ask others to pay for me. Luckily, I had friends with me at my destination.
