I had taken a Ola rental ride for 3 hrs 30 kms on 28th May 2023 CRN 7381887643. Estimated price shown before ride was approximately 850. I have finished the trip within 2 hrs and distance travelled was approximately 15.4 kms. After the trip, I was charged 1030 Rs. Ola has charged an additional fee whereas I have not used the full benefits of service.
