I’ve booked a ride but the first ride was cancelled by the driver then I left the place with my own arrangements but ola booked automatically new ride without any intimation and then new alloted driver called me and asked to cancel and i cancelled the same but they charged me fee and collected from me from the next ride.
I’ve tried several times to call but they made me waited more than half an hour to attend my call still didn’t attend my call to customer care without any communication this is insane.
