• Amazon prime was renewed without request in month of January .Every month the amount of Rs.800 is added in the bill.In the previous month the amount was wavered and we requested to remove the service but still the amount is being charged in the bill.
• Repetitive calls were made to the customer representative for the same but they failed to resolve the query.Moreover they have barred the number which is causing a lot of inconvenience.I request the forum to take note of the issue and help me.I will be highly obliged.
