Hi all,
Reference : airtel number 9704022400
I had been unnecessary harassed by airtel with charging 2 times international roaming package on the same day , same country and has been told by airtel representative that it will not be charged twice.
I am really disappointed with the service and the customer care support of airtel.
This is an escalation to you as it requires immediate intervention.
