Hi,

Tatasky technician(Suman) has charged 1000 rs without installing new device(Lense) by saying he has installed new device(lense) and he took money also and he said we will get warrenty message to register number but he has installed old device from his bag now he is not picking call and even sales manager(Manjunath) who has sent him for service even is not responding properly.

Now another technician had come and repaired properly and we have paid them with service charge but old technician and manger was so careless and they charged 1000 rs without proper service. My request is to take proper action on them. their details below:
