Dear,
I order a food of rupees 360 on swiggy and checking the applicable offers I have credit card of my zone where 40 % discount appicable and i dont know how i click pay with cash and in 5 seconds only I pressed the cancel icon to cancel the order but the cancel icon take me to the chat with swiggy executive And he will connect in 100 seconds and told me that if i cancel my order they will charge 360 on my next order as cancellation fee and i told him that i cancelled my order in 5 seconds but on ur app take me to u and u connect after one minute its not my fault I really really hungry actually m aloan in my home if i cancelled my order for just 100 rupees discount How could i place order with 360 cancellation fee Is it possible and the order is post paid but i m so much hungry and i need my compensation of rupess 360000 how swiggy Harras me like this i will fight for me for other customer

u can check the attachment for cancellation charges and swiggy Terms n conditions policy says that if u cancel in one minute they will nt charge
