Manager told us 3 beded room will be 550 and 100 rs will be for extra bed as we are 4 person so total 650. I said ok but after repeated reminder to the manager to provide extra bed he didn’t provided it , and at the time of checkout he billed us completely. I reported the matter to the owner also ,he said I have to pay full. When the promised service was not provided why should I pay full
Their behaviour were very rude. Neither there room was uptodate they even didn’t change the bedsheets for 8 days, their restroom cloth hanger was broken, no handle in the bathroom door, even when we purchased the water can from the hotel they didn’t provided the water dispenser, they promised to on the lift 24hrs as we have patient with us, still when light goes off they will not on the generator till 30 min and when we call manger he will hung up the phone. Hotel even didn’t ask for my identity while staying in the hotel.
