Char Dham Yatra booked from Dream Tour Planner in 2023
First of all, this is just a small commission based company situated in Delhi which just plans the tours by booking hotels and hiring cars from other contractors. They neither have their own cars, drivers nor any good experience in planning the tour.
They claimed that the accommodation they are going to provide is Deluxe but they were just poor – average hotels where they didn’t even provide basic towels and soap.
Driver was very rough, I think we were going to get nearly crashed about 4-5 times.
The driver demanded about ₹2000-3000 if we tell him to go to the pilgrimage site which is just 4-5 km away also asking money for liquor .
Due to their negligence, the car came at 1:30 p.m., stopped at the gas station 2 times for refueling C.N.G., stopped to eat lunch, which led us to missing the pre booked train tickets and newly booked flight ticket and lost ₹50,000 in tickets.
