Since last one & half months i am facing lots of issues in Reception quality &
channel mismatch in my account. I am continuously contacting customer care but
not getting proper resolution of the issue. On Colors TV I am Getting other
Channels, in most the channels it is showing channels not subscribed.
Earlier I was having HD Set Top box & was facing issues with the reception & as
per suggestion of Videocon D2h they have given me New Set Top box charging
around Rs. 600 in exchange of Old Set Top Box.
Since I was facing issues of Channel Mismatch, I have made a complaint for
which engineer came on 6/12/20 & done some setting for which it worked
Properly for one week & from 13-12-20 to till date I am facing same issues
regularly.
Due to their System error my connection which is personal in their system it was
showing Hospital connection. Since they were considering my connection in
Hospital whenever I called Customer Care they were not giving any reply to my
queries.
One Day I have put the same on Twitter & they started checking the matter & as
per them now my connection is Individual but I am still unable to get Proper
Channels.
They are asking me to pay again for Service Engineer Visit & not ready to give
assurance that my issue will be resolved
