On 7th Feb 2019, My airtel dth hd channels were removed, i have called the customer service & asked the reason, “they say it was due to new Trai rules hd top up has been removed.” On the same way regarding Trai rule, i have called the customer care on 31st Jan regarding new Trai update. they asked me to recharge after 9th feb as my vaildity expires on 9th feb. Today 8th feb All channels have been removed without prior notice. customer care team ask me to upgrade to new trai pack & it will be updated after 24 hours. Why the hell airtel customer is not giving correct information & without any notice the channels are removed. The New pack has not been updated. I demand explaination, but they are least bothered. Pathetic customer service.
