Dear Sir/Madam,
I had subscribed for independent TV in last June. The contract for all channels including HD was for one year. Since the last 2 months, none of the channels are streaming. The call centre is a joke and the employees do not know any other language than Hindi. Local installation guys not responding and no place to complaint. I would request to please refund the amount at the earliest so that I can subscribe to some other vendor.
