I had been using Vodafone postpaid corporate plan of INR 110(exclusive of Taxes) since the time I can’t remember.
However, today I noticed that my plan has been changed to INR 299 with benefits and features I already have or I don’t need.
There was a reason I had the most basic plan, however you are forcing me not to have any business with Vodafone/Idea.
If you can’t change my plan back to what it was, then I claim to have the charges to be waived off after the change was made as I no longer require your services.
Your agents called me few months ago stating that my SIM card needs to be changed as it’s not compatible with latest technological revolution and yet Vodafone changed my plan, that too with 20 GB of data which I can’t use as my SIM card is not compatible.
Your earliest response will be appreciated or else I will go higher up in chain as it’s not about money but it’s about cheating a customer.
