I had purchased a full talktime plan with unlimited validity. Airtel has suddenly changed the validity of my plan. They have even made a recharge mandatory just for o/g. Since i dont like any of their plans, i asked for a refund. They denied refund and said that it is company rule. For such unfair policies airtel should be made accountable.
