Dear Sir,
I have a post paid No. with your Co as 7600098972. I have lost my SIM on 17.07.2019 at evening. I have long association with you and last many year enjoying this No. facility. I had never failed in making payment in time. whenever i lost my SIM i called to 121 and they have BAR my SIM. Later on, on 18.07.019 i visited to a customer care center at Shop no 3&4, Mahaveer Apartment, Airtel Store, near Vijay Sales, Rambaug Colony, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411038, they have verified and told that your SIM has barred, so they put the request for no bar , which have taken four hours. As this center is far away from my house so i request them for nearby center, they advised to go to “Karve Nagar Rd, Near Vithal Plaza, Mavale Basti, Hingne Budrukh, Karve Nagar, near bandevi mandir Pune,. Maharashtra 411052. On 18th evening they have issued the a SIM card to me and assured that it will be activated with in 4 hour, however same was not activated till now. Next day Morning i called on 121 which have advised that go again to service center, i further gone to karve nagar store, they again issued the new SIM card, and told that we will call back to you within hour, but no reply till evening.At evening i again call to them they told, will call back with in 5 minute, but no return call receive till today i.e. on 20.07.2019.
At morning i again called to 121 and long talked with him and talked about more than 30 minute and your representative replied that there is no request register with us to change the SIM CARD.
Since last three days i have called so many calls and visited thrice to service center, but no result outcome. i am facing lot of problem due to non activation of SIM as this No. is with me since last many year. I have provide all the ID proof and address proof, but SIM yet not changed. I have wrote many email to 121 No.
i view of foregoing i had disappointed with the services of your service center. Please take my matter on priority and instruct to concern department and person resolve my problem earliest. Please help me to get restart my SIM card.
