I had deposited Rs 550.00 01.03.2019(date not confirmed) and opted for Rs 581.00 pack.On 02.04.2019 I got a message that viewing would get deactivated. I opted for Rs 334.00 pack and deposited Rs 334.00 presuming that I will have to deposit again next month. On 16.04.2019 I got a message that the balance is valid till 19.04.2019 only. When I had changed the plan to Rs 334.00 pack my validity should be till 02.05.2019. Why till 09.04.2019?
