Hi, My name is Babita Joshi. I am a long time customer of Vodafone but they have disappointed me. Recently I have migrated my number from prepaid to postpaid and took a plan of 399+ taxes and I have paid the money of one month bill but next month they have changed the plan to Rs 999 + taxes i.e 1179.09. This is not acceptable I will not pay the amount. So, I am requesting u too please change my plan to the previous plan.
