Hi I hold a vodafone no 9830164070 in the name of Mr Binod Baid, my grivance is that without my concent why my Tarrif plan has been changed from corporate to individual I wanted to switch to my old plan or any plan equivalent to same price.I had spoken to SHALINI AND RASHMI as above ref no our discussion has held on 23rd april ,you said that you are forwarding my request to change the plan of no 9830164070 to the plan RED4BUSINESS_199 with a discount amount of Rs 100. But without resolution you have closed my complaint. Is this the way a corporate company works…? 1st you guys have changed my corporate plan to an individual and now you guys are closing the complain without any resolution kindly revert with a proper response.
