This is an automated response to acknowledge the receipt of your email.

The request is pasted below once again as you never bother to scroll down for details.  Kindly address this on priority and allot me a complaint number to take it up with TRAI.

Its been more than a week and resolution is still awaited.
Please understand my dilemma in remaining unconnected especially during such trying times. I understand you have an averseness of going through trailing mail and opting for finding flimsy excuse of no mobile number or other details, hence I’m pasting my last communication below for reference, Please understand my sector is currently sealed under Covid-19 provisions and I can’t visit your nearby stores for getting this resolved. I hope you would understand the gravity of situation and help in resolving at the earliest as non-connectivity is creating mental trauma and other hardships. Also, Kindly allot me a complaint ticket number/reference number, so that the issue can be taken up with TRAI for early resolution.

The subject line is once again copied below for your easy reference with regard to your querry on non-availability of mobile number :

I fail to understand your compulsion in purposely delaying the resolution on flimsy grounds like non availability of mobile number, such stunts are not expected from an appellate authority, when the entire trail mail has been shared for easy reference.
Also, please keep all the addressee in loop as its difficult to respond to each of them. especially when they keep making a request to respond with a new reference number.
Mr Bhim : Pl go through the entire mail trail and help resolve this issue on priority. A copy of same has been also posted on your mail to help you respond now on this chain.
Ms Komal @ Customer Care India : Please try to understand the issue and don’t offer stock replies like plan has been removed from market.  My request once again is given below for clarity of all of you help close this issue.
The request : Please finalize my bill till last active date as per me 06 Apr 2020 evening based on my plan active since last six months and not the one changed by you without my consent and treat this as my request to initiate porting out to another service provider.
In your trail mail your trail mail you have agreed to waive off one month rent (20 Apr) : Further, I would like to inform you we are able to provide you the waiver only for the rental difference of both plans and for one month only
Mr Manish Manchanda  With every new reply a new addressee and a new reference number is initiated.  I trust you can understand my compulsion to bring you all on same page and one chain mail.
So, Please stop skirting the issue and help me close my account with you and on priority by sharing my porting out details.  Your continued willful delaying on one pretext or the other especially in these trying times is harassing me mentally and taking a huge toll on my health,  I remain unconnected with my family and friends and other emergency services for  more than a other hand month now.  On the other hand you keep tormenting me with  inflated bill due reminders an amount of Rs. 149 due has now been inflated to Rs. 1406.
Please stop traumatising me and help in closing this issue on priority. by sharing my porting out details to help me get connected to my family.
