I have ordered firebolt invincible plus smartwatch which cost ₹4499 from firebolt website & they did the delivery of same product but it was defective. Then I made a visit in firebolt service centre they took it & said it’s have been replaced and your product will be delivered within 30 days.
But when I received my replace product its was changed they delivered me firebolt infinity luxe which cost is ₹3999. Then again I made call at customer care they said mail it & even after mailing they are not replying. They clearly says that their policy says that they can change the product with the same features.
But what’s about my money that I have paid for a watch which cost Is ₹4499. I want my money back or extra cost ₹499 or watch which I have paid for.
