Dear sir/madam

I Akshay panwar mobile no. 8006700777 wants to convey that I have Vodafone Sim  which I want to convert from postpaid to prepaid currently I am posted in Tamil Nadu ooty and I have sim card from up West as I belong from there but when I visited store here in Ooty they simply told your sim cannot to be changed to prepaid and when I called customer care they were telling me that it can be change so what is the reason for such pathetic service provided by Vodafone there internet connectivity is also very poor in Ooty. Kindly make necessary arrangements as I am facing problem regarding this and I want to change my sim into prepaid connection.
