Dear sir/madam, I have found that my monthly charges have suddenly increased from INR 99.00 all this long to INR299.00 in my latest bill of April, 2019. I have not made any changes in my plans. Kindly clarify. The bills for April,2019 (With monthly charges as INR299.00) and for Jan/Feb/Mar, 2019 (All with monthly charges as INR99.00) is attached herewith as your ready reference.
