we have applied for change of our plan as suggested by your office of than singh chowk ludhiana many requests and many visits almost have been done regularly.for last 2 months we have been visiting twice a week. but no authentic answer is being given . we have given all the documents to change the network plan.only answer we are getting things are in process or technical problem is there
