For a while the plan used for the above number was for 99. You can check the usage of the number which is minimum
Suddenly without my authorisation, it has been observed that my plan has been changed to 299.. I want to know the following:
1. Who has authorised to change the plan
2. Why should a customer change the plan without a valid reason
3. Why should I bear more charges when the usage is minimum
Let me clearly inform you that, I will not bear the additional charges levied on my account, I will only pay the average for the last few months.
You have to change to my old plan, or else I will be forced to seek legal help.
