The company had promised to give variety of channels including many hindi as well as english movies, news, cartoons, music , etc channels both in hindi and english language while selling the product to the customer in the month of February 2019 , even after the new TRAI guidelines. Company took the money showing the pamphlets of “maha bachat pack ” and installed the new connection for all above said channels. But, now with out any information to the customer nor taking any consent from the customer, the company has changed the package on his will and deleting all the english movies, news, cartoons, music , etc channels from the list. The company has cheated the people saying this is as per TRAI guidelines. But TRAI guidelines were implemented from 01 January 2019 well before the selling of the product in February 2019 as per “maha bachat plan” package. Hence, the company has cheated the peoples of India and should be put behind the bars.
