This is to bring to your notice that according to our ID 3004198912 which contains two connections 01 and 03 with AIRTEL DTH.According to the infinite package @ Rs 972 per month we should be getting all the channels including HD channels on both the connections till 31st march 2019 according to TRAI but without our permission they have changed our plan since 22nd march 2019 and now on one connection (01) only HD channels are comming and on another connection (03) only NON HD channels are comming while they are charging @ RS 972 per month.In this way the are cheating us.We want you to take neccessary action and compensate us as per the rule.
