I recently purchased an item from Flipkart and wanted to get a return so my old number and email were registered from my account and I was making purchases since years now but this time there was a need to change the product and getting a refund but they are asking for OTP in old mobile number which I cannot provide as I disowned my old no years back now. So I want them to change my number and email as I have sent them the details for my personal info on outreach@flipkart.com .
I called customer care and she told me to opt for gift card wallet option for refund but it was asking for OTP in my old no to use that gift card which I cannot do as I don’t have my old number. So this means I will not be able to use my money that is lying in my Flipkart gift card wallet if my number and email is not changed.
Further I am not able to change it from my end as email and mobile no is asked to be changed together and not independently.
