I was on a rs 349 plan where I was getting a 100 rs discount on the monthly bill. - On Monday 9th March I have received a message informing that the discount on the plan has been deactivated and Redx plan is activated. Also all the data accumulated (apps. 200gb) has been removed from my no.
- This change was not initiated or authorised by me.
- Later in the day I called the Vodafone care and was informed that the redx plan has a rs 999 fee. I was advised to visit the store to resolve the issue.
At the SV Road Khar store I am advised by Imtiyaz and Jayashri to raise a dispute via email.Since this change is not initiated/ approved by me and do not have a high usage, pls revert the plan to the original plan of rs 349 with the rs 100 discount.
At the store I am informed that The change would cost rs 3000 which is not acceptable.
Have also raised a dispute at the Vodafone store under ref. 459296518878
