1. Team,
   I was on a rs 349 plan where I was getting a 100 rs discount on the monthly bill.
2. On Monday 9th March I have received a message informing that the discount on the plan has been deactivated and Redx plan is activated. Also all the data accumulated (apps. 200gb) has been removed from my no.
3. This change was not initiated or authorised by me.
4. Later in the day I called the Vodafone care and was informed that the redx plan has a rs 999 fee. I was advised to visit the store to resolve the issue.
   At the SV Road Khar store I am advised by Imtiyaz and Jayashri to raise a dispute via email.

   Since this change is not initiated/ approved by me and do not have a high usage, pls revert the plan to the original plan of rs 349 with the rs 100 discount.

   At the store I am informed that The change would cost rs 3000 which is not acceptable.

   Have also raised a dispute at the Vodafone store under ref. 459296518878

   Awaiting your positive feedback at the earliest to continue my association with Vodafone
