Text of Complaint by Kalpesh Mehta:

I had purchased Vodafone SIM in 2009 with life time validity however they are now forcing me to top up with validity plans and if I don’t top up then they disconnects incoming calls. I had paid Rs999 to get free incoming for lifetime which they have breached.
