Dear Sir / Madam,
I request you to kindly update my e-mail address in all your records and
henceforth please send the statement to the below mentioned e-mail only.
I have not been receiving the Airtel statements from last 6 months. Also not
able to speak to your customer care executive as there is no such option in 121.
I once again request you to kindly do the needful immediately, without any
further delay.
Without receiving the statement, it will be difficult for me to make the payment.
