I have been asking from April 2 2020 via mail and even customer care contacted me for changing my Advance rental plan to monthly plan. But none of my mails has been considered and no action taken by customer care people who contacted me. They told me to drop a mail, but none of my mails are considered. Again today I mailed keeping nodal officer in CC I got an auto reply saying to change in Airtel app but there is no such option for me in the app. I don’t want pay in advance for Three months, so only wanted it to change to monthly plan. But no one replied no action been taken for almost a month.
