We ordered chair from Flipkart. Nobody came to assemble for 5 days, so when Flipkart allowed to assemble, we assembled. The chair is not at all comfortable. We initiated refund right away. They are having some trouble on their app and website whenever I choose refund. So, we called customer support. They opened a case for refund but no updates since then. All they do is waste time by calling and asking the issue over and over again. All they say is, the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. It’s been more than a week still they didn’t do anything. This is getting out of my patience. At this point, I’m feeling like they’re just fooling us by waiting and waiting. I want to return this chair and get my money back.
