Poor electricity and garbage powercut is the biggest problem in jharkhand chaibasa city. They cut power without any reason for hours. we are not providing our electricity bill for such a inconvenient. Chaibasa electricity department is charging money without providing good electricity. such a garbage department. very useless department. government must take hard action against them or we will take law in our hands.
